• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Upload or distribute malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the platform without authorization.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Use the platform to distribute spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications.
• Create assessments or forms that contain illegal, defamatory, or harmful content.

5. Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Amperlise platform, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is owned by Amperlise and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our written consent.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create on Amperlise, including assessments, forms, questions, and collected responses. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing and plan details are available on our Pricing page.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
• Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of Amperlise is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the platform, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and Modifications

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
