Analytics & Exports

Feedback forms and assessments each have a dedicated analytics dashboard in the workspace, and both work the same way: an overview of the whole item, plus a drill-down into every individual input or question.

Dashboards are filterable by timeframe — everything ever collected, or just the last days or weeks — and every chart and statistic follows the selected window.

The overview shows total responses, average completion, responses per day, a daily response trend, and a completion mix — how many responses are complete, partial, or blank.

Drilling into an input shows statistics tuned to its type:

Every input also shows its response and skip rate, plus an activity trend of its own.

The overview covers total submissions, average and median score, pass rate, score spread, and pending manual reviews — alongside a submission trend, a score distribution across the 0–100% range, and pass/fail outcomes.

Per-question drill-downs show attempts, accuracy, average score and points, skips, pending reviews, and a difficulty rating derived from how participants actually performed. Choice questions include a full response breakdown, multi-part types show per-component accuracy, and text answers get word statistics and common words.

Each question also lists its most recent attempts with their outcome — correct, incorrect, pending review, or unanswered.

A single response or submission exports from its detail view as CSV or PDF, with a choice of what to include: the summary, the individual answers, and metadata.
