Publish under your subdomain
Default links work on every plan — but on Professional, your organization can publish everything under its own subdomain with clean routes. This guide sets that up end to end.
A Professional feature
1. How tenant URLs work
A published custom URL has three parts, each configured at its own level: the organization subdomain, the workspace route, and the item slug. Together they form:
2. Claim your subdomain
As an organization admin, open Tools → Subdomain routing in the organization sidebar and set the subdomain — 3–50 characters, letters, numbers, and hyphens. The dialog checks availability and previews the resulting host before you save.
3. Give the workspace a path
In the workspace sidebar, open Tools → Routes and set the workspace URL — the path segment after your subdomain, 3–100 characters of letters, numbers, hyphens, and underscores. Until the organization has a subdomain, this page points you back to that setup first.
4. Route your content
On the same Routes page, create a route: choose what you're publishing (an assessment, a form, or a page), pick the item, and give it a URL slug — the dialog previews the full public URL live. Existing routes are listed with copy, visit, and edit actions.
On Professional, the create dialogs for forms and assessments also offer the slug up front, so new content can be born routed.
5. Optional: a workspace root page
Set one page as the workspace root (from its page settings) and it's served at the workspace URL itself — the natural home page linking out to everything else you've routed.
